FAIRBAIRN CATRIONA MAIRI GIFFEN (Gullane). After a bravely fought battle with cancer, Catriona (nee MacFarlane, previously Coughtrie) passed away peacefully on Friday, 12th May, 2017. Beloved wife of David, sister of Joan and Fiona, wonderful mum to Linda, Keith and Claire and much loved and adored granny. She will be sorely missed by her many friends and family. Her love of life and her forever cheerful personality were an inspiration to all who knew her. Service at Mortonhall Crematorium, Main Chapel, Edinburgh, on Friday, 2nd June at 11am, to which all family and friends are invited. Family flowers only please and any donations gratefully received for Cancer Research UK at the end of the service. Bright colours are encouraged.
