McKECHNIE ELIZABETH. In the loving care of Whitehills Care Home, on Tuesday, 18th July, 2017, Bette, aged 81 years, former teacher of Garthamlock Secondary School. Loving aunt and great-aunt. Funeral Service to be held at Linn Crematorium, Lainshaw Drive, on Saturday, 29th July at 11am.

I am so sorry to hear about Ms McKecknies death
I used to be a pupil at Garthamlock she was a lovely teacher
She used to organise trips to Dumfries and Galloway every year
All I can remember is her smile and a lovely person
My name was Irene Henderson and I lived in Ruchazie
She's at peace now
She was well thought off
