CULBERT Joan (nee Craig) Born 2nd May 1929 in Glasgow, died 21st July 2017 in St Catharines, Canada. Joan, beloved wife of the late David Graham Culbert (1981). Dear mother of Janet and her husband Paul Ferguson, Kathryn and her husband Jack Smith and Sue Evans. Devoted grandmother of Cydney and David Smith and Jessica, Victoria and Michelle Evans. Lovingly remembered by her sister-in-law Katharine Cox, of Troon. Joan proudly served the Niagara Peninsula Children's Centre as a physiotherapist for over 37 years. A celebration of Joan's life will be held at a later date. If so desired, donations made to the Dr W. J.
