LASHBROOK WALLY. The family of the late Squadron Leader Wally Lashbrook wish to thank all who attended Wally's funeral on 13th June, along with friends and family for the kind expressions of sympathy, flowers and generous donations to the RAF Benevolent Fund (rafbf.org). Special thanks are due to the Celebrant, Jeannette Walker, and Eulogist, David Dickson, and the management and staff of Berelands House Care Home, Prestwick for the excellent care he received over the past six years. The family wish also to acknowledge Vanessa Thompson, Agnes Goodwin and Dr Chandra Mahadik for their loyal friendship with Wally, along with Dr Ian Lindsay for his unfailing support and medical care. Thank you to Mark at M. L. Williams for funeral arrangements and the Parkstone Hotel for the lovely funeral tea.
