Cruising with Jane McDonald (C5, 9pm)

On the second leg of the jaunt along the Kennet & Avon canal, Simon Callow lets his love of history steer the way to a forgotten waterway. He and fellow group members Nigel Havers, Debbie McGee and Lorraine Chase's sightseeing antics get the better of them when they find themselves late to their mooring, forcing them to wait until sunrise for the final furlong. The Cain Hill Flight awaits with its 29 locks, and it remains to be seen whether the narrow boat enthusiasts can successfully work together to negotiate this colossus of the canals.

The Team (More4, 9pm)

Investigators from Belgium, Denmark and Germany join forces to investigate a series of murders in this compelling new drama. However, the crime-busters soon discover that a sophisticated criminal network is behind them. In Antwerp, Berlin and Copenhagen, three prostitutes are found dead, each shot through the left eye and had a finger cut off. All of the victims had been visited hours earlier by Belgian journalist Jean-Louis Poquelin. Harald Bjorn from Denmark, Jackie Mueller from Germany and Alicia Verbeek from Belgium race against the clock to find the killer before they strike again.

The Graham Norton Show (BBC1, 10.35pm)

The host chats to The Night Manager and Thor star Tom Hiddleston, who is currently starring in new movie Kong: Skull Island. Actress Ruth Wilson, star of Sky Atlantic's acclaimed series The Affair, discusses her role in the National Theatre's production of Hedda Gabler, while Ricky Gervais offers a few laughs and talks about his latest stand-up tour. Daniel Radcliffe and Joshua McGuire, co-stars of The Old Vic's Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead, also appear and Tinie Tempah performs Text from Your Ex.
