ATLANTIS Resources has relocated its Edinburgh operation to bigger premises in Fountainbridge.
The renewable energy company has acquired 3,896 sq ft of Grade A office space at the canal-side Quay² building, where tenants include RSM, Pinsent Masons and Companies House. It was previously based in George Street.
Atlantis made the move following a deal brokered by CuthbertWhite, Knight Frank, and Mhairi Jarvis.
Knight Frank’s Toby Withall, Office Agency Partner at Knight Frank, said: “There’s a renewed level of activity in the Edinburgh market, with more viewings and transactions across the board.”
