The Exchange, Aberdeen
Sentinel Marine, the offshore support vessel operator, is the latest occupier in The Exchange on Market Street in Aberdeen.
It will occupy the eighth floor of the building on a new ten-year lease..
Hermes Investment Management, represented by Savills, said it joins Solstad Farstad, Atlas Professionals, IHS Markit, GulfMark, Sodexo, Oil and Gas UK and the Scottish Children’s Reporter in the building.
The Exchange has seen 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of office space transacted in 18 months, representing more than 35 per cent of the total space in the building.
