Mark Jones - CEO Goals Soccer Centres
THE chief executive of East Kilbride-based Goals Soccer Centres has quit the role.
Goals told the City this morning that Mark Jones will leave to pursue another role in the private sector. He joined the 5-a-side football pitch operator in May 2016 after previously being managing director of Grosvenor Casinos. He has also held senior roles in the leisure industry with companies such as Mecca Bingo, Yates Group and Whitbread.
Goals, which is in the midst of a transformation programme including a major push into the US, said the search for his successor was under way.
