FISH farmer Marine Harvest has reported a Scottish harvest weighing in at 13,000 tonnes in the fourth quarter of 2017 as part of a total harvest of 113,000.
Operational earnings before interest and tax (EBIT) per kilogram reached €1.20 in Scotland, helping deliver total operational EBIT of €117 million, down from €259m in the same quarter of 2016.
EBIT came in higher than a forecast of €172m seen in a Reuters poll of analysts.
