HOUSE hunters in the north of Scotland are being offered the chance to rent a property in a B-listed 17th century mansion house in rural Aberdeen. Situated within the private Auchlunies Estate, six miles west of Aberdeen and just 10 minutes from Bridge of Dee, the two-storey mansion was converted into apartments in the late 1970s.
The choice of properties to rent includes two and three bedroomed apartments within Auchlunies House at £695 and £850 per month respectively and a three bedroomed estate cottage with garage and small private garden at £650 per month. All three properties are unfurnished and include use of the adjoining grounds, which are maintained by the estate.
