PROPERTY hunters can find out more about part exchange deals at the Mactaggart and Mickel Homes’ Part Exchange Open Weekend on January 28 and 29.
The event offers property hunters the chance to find out more about the selected plots available on the Part Exchange plan, as well as seek advice on the process.
The event will take place across all Mactaggart and Mickel Homes’ developments, including luxurious Castle Grove and Red Lion, both in Newton Mearns, Polnoon, in the historic village of Eaglesham and in Braemore Wood, Troon.
Under the scheme, Mactaggart and Mickel Homes will offer to buy the client’s existing property at a pre-agreed price, avoiding chains.
