Berry Smoothie Bowl Recipe by Giovanna Eusebi of Eusebi Deli

This is the quickest, easiest and healthiest way to start your day or great for the mid afternoon pick me up.

It has all the energy you need in one bowl and takes just minutes to make. You can use your favourite berries and it’s a fantastic way to make the most of seasonal soft fruits.

Our version is vegan but if you prefer to substitute the soy yoghurt, why not try coconut yoghurt or plain yoghurt.

The sugar is optional but you could easily replace it with organic honey for non-vegans.
