There is not long now until we roll out the red carpet for Scotland’s hair, beauty and aesthetics experts.

The Herald is delighted to continue to celebrate the wealth of talent in Scotland by hair, beauty and aesthetic salons who are successfully growing their industry through creativity, training and innovative marketing campaigns.

The Look Awards 2018, supported by City of Glasgow College, The Scottish Hair & Beauty Show, The Great British Barbering Academy, Fake Bake and Remi Cachet, will culminate in a glittering awards ceremony hosted by Jennifer Reoch on Sunday, April 22 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Glasgow.

This year, we were overwhelmed with entries from top hair stylists, expert makeup artists, salons, spas, and clinics emerging through the ranks and taking the industry by storm.

Live judging will take place on Sunday at the Scottish Hair and Beauty Show at the SECC.

Sponsor Remi Cachet said: “We are new to the Look Awards and so excited for the big event. With live judging on the day giving us a unique opportunity to really assess the finalists before crowning a winner at the awards celebration.”

With the date set and Scotland’s hair, beauty and aesthetics experts gathering, this is an event not to be missed. Attendees will also be treated a luxury goody bag on the night and will enjoy a three-course meal and entertainment.
