A DECLINE in infrastructure projects led to a £200 million drop in total output from the Scottish construction industry in 2017. Figures from the Office for National Statistics ONS) show total output of £14.5 billion last year, with the infrastructure sector declining from a record high of £4.2 billion during 2015 to £3.1bn last year.
