VETERINARY group Vets4Pets is to open a new practice in East Lothian after agreeing to long-term lease at Olive Bank Retail Park, Musselburgh.
The deal was struck between Vets4Pets and site-owner Kilmac, which was represented by IME Property. Burns & Shaw represented Perth-based Kilmac, while Rapleys represented Vets4Pets. It is the latest boost to the retail park, which has just one remaining shell unit.
IME managing director Iain Mercer said: “We’ve witnessed continued growth at Olive Bank since we were brought on board to market the development two years ago.”
