THE UK takeover panel has said two suitors of material testing group Exova must make a firm bid for the group by June 2 or walk away.
The Edinburgh business has agreed to an offer from global product testing group Element, valuing it at £620 million, but has also received proposals from investment group Jacobs and private equity house PAI.
