FIFA President Gianni Infantino has written to Scottish League One side Queen's Park to congratulate the club on its 150th anniversary.
The Spiders are the oldest club in Scotland, having been founded in 1867, and the only fully amateur side in the Scottish Professional Football League.
In a letter posted on the club's official Twitter account, Infantino congratulates the club on reaching what he describes as 'a milestone in Scottish football history.'
He goes on to describe Queen's Park as having been 'instrumental in introducing the passing game practiced across the globe' and thanks them for an 'immense contribution to the development of football in Scotland, in Europe and worldwide.'
