Police are investigating the death of Murdo Mackinnon in Inverness.
POLICE have appealed to anyone who may have seen or spoken to a 78-year-old care home resident before the discovery of his body at the property where he lived.
Forensics experts were examining the property in Kintail Crescent, Inverness, after Murdo Mackinnon’s body was found on Monday afternoon.
Experts were also examing the small garden of Mr Mackinnon’s home Detective Chief Inspector Iain Smith said: “We have been conducting inquiries in the local community as we try and establish the full circumstances surrounding Mr Mackinnon’s death.”
