It's the end of an era for one Glasgow pub which had been run by the same family for four decades. 

One of Scotland's most famous watering holes, the Laurieston Bar in Bridge Street has been put up for sale

With its décor seemingly unchanged since the 1960s, the pub is a characterful spot which has starred in the likes of Succession, featured in music videos, and served Hollywood royalty.

Now the Clancy family has put the 19th Century building on the market for the "right buyer" to the tune of £750,000. 

But it is not the only pub on sale currently in Glasgow. Let's take a look at a selection of the other pubs which are on the market in Glasgow currently, including Merchant City haunts, a live music venue, and one pub for just £27,000.

Strathduie Bar

A traditional pub in Glasgow's Merchant city, Strathduie Bar is currently on the market for a leasehold asking price of £27,000. 

The pub in 3-5 Blackfriars Street is just a few minutes away from High Street train station in the nightlife hotspot, and has "massive potential", said Christie & Co

Dating back to the 1980s, it has a "sizeable" lounge and bar area and a gantry which has been "furnished to a high standard".

Westburn Bar

"A  good, traditional pub", Westburn Bar in the Carntyne area of Glasgow is currently for sale with Christie & Co. with a freehold asking price of offers over £252,000,

It goes on the market after its owner of 10 years Jai Jarvin decided to focus on othe rbusiness interests, the sellers said. 

Found in 110 Carntynehall Road, the pub has a traditional style with pool room, bar, and restaurant inside. There is an outdoor seating area which attracts locals in the summer. 

Tavern Bar

Ten minutes walk from Celtic Park football stadium, The Tavern Bar is on the market with CDLH for offers over £149,000. 

The pub in 194 Tollcross Road is close to a housing development, and there is a suggestion from the sellers it could be redeveloped into homes. 

It comes with a traditional public horseshoe bar, darts lane,  and large function room. 

Avant Garde

"Popular" live music bar and restaurant Avant Garde is on the market with Christie & Co. at £150,000 for the leasehold going concern. 

Located in 36 King Street in the Merchant City, it is in the midst of a "thriving" area of shops, restaurants and bars and the nearby Gallery of Modern Art. 

Set up for live music, there is a bar are with seating, a 48-cover restaurant, and "fully functioning" commercial kitchen.
