I WONDER if Neil Barber (Letters, July 19) believes that all those who pray the Rosary should be dismissed from whatever job they do?

Is praying for healing of those caught up in sexual sin an act of hatred that should lead to losing your job, or worse, be criminalised? Mr Barber seems to think so. It all sounds rather Orwellian to me. Will the secular Gestapo be kicking in all the doors of those who own a Rosary and carting them off never to be seen or heard of again? And all because of their supposed "distasteful private religious views".

In the words of GK Chesterton, "these are the days when the Christian is expected to praise every creed except his own”.
