The long road to the Champions League and Europa League group stages begins today with the draws in Nyon.

Celtic enter Europe's premier competition at the second qualifying round and will be seeded for the draw at 11am.

A clash against Irish side Dundalk could be on the cards, or a trip to Macedonia, Bosnia-Herzegovina or Finland.

Rangers and St Johnstone will then learn their first qualifying round Europa League foes at 12pm.

Both Scottish sides will be seeded for the opening round of qualifiers, with Lincoln Red Imps among the Gers' potential opponents as well as a long trip to Moldova to take on Zaria Balti. Trips to Luxembourg, San Marino or Andorra are also possible.

Saints could face a short jump across to Dublin to play Shamrock Rovers, a journey north to the Faroe Islands or eastward adventures to Lithuania, Finland or Latvia.

Aberdeen will join the competition in the second qualifying round and will learn their opponents in a later draw at 1.30pm.
