Dave Rennie has made an instant impact at Glasgow Warriors since arriving in the summer, leading the side through a club record 10-match winning run in the PRO14.
This sensational try is arguably the pick of the bunch so far, as Niko Matawalu ran almost the full length of the pitch before selflessly setting up Nick Grigg for the finish during their win over Leinster in November.

You can't question his passion...
During his first spell as caretaker Rangers manager in February, Graeme Murty showed his frustration at a late missed opportunity by performing a memorable headstand on the touchline.
His side were beaten 2-1 by Dundee on that occasion, but he has impressed in his ongoing second stint in the Ibrox dugout by recording five wins from eight games.
❄️ Herald Sport Advent Calendar - 4 December ❄️
Hearts unveiled their new main stand at the renamed Tynecastle Park on 19 November for the game against Partick Thistle.
The Jambos were held to a 1-1 draw by the Jags on that occasion, but remain unbeaten since returning home with three draws and three wins, including a sensational 4-0 victory over Celtic to end the Hoops' record unbeaten run.
❄️ Herald Sport Advent Calendar - 3 December ❄️
Scotland secured a hat-trick of wins at Murrayfield in the Six Nations in February and March against Ireland, Wales and Italy.
It was the first time since 2006 that the Scots had won three matches in the same campaign and sent departing coach Vern Cotter out in style.
Can they push for the title next year under Gregor Townsend?

For the second day of the month, we remember Leigh Griffiths' superb free-kick double against England at Hampden Park on 10 March.
Best not to think about what happened next...

The festive season is upon us and we will be bringing you our most memorable moments of 2017 in the countdown to Christmas.
To kick off, we look back to August 5, the day Hibernian returned to the top-flight after three years away.
A packed Easter Road crowd watched their team run out 3-1 winners over Partick Thistle, with goals from Martin Boyle, Stephen Whittaker and Simon Murray. Were you there?
Why are you making commenting on The Herald only available to subscribers?
It should have been a safe space for informed debate, somewhere for readers to discuss issues around the biggest stories of the day, but all too often the below the line comments on most websites have become bogged down by off-topic discussions and abuse.
heraldscotland.com is tackling this problem by allowing only subscribers to comment.
We are doing this to improve the experience for our loyal readers and we believe it will reduce the ability of trolls and troublemakers, who occasionally find their way onto our site, to abuse our journalists and readers. We also hope it will help the comments section fulfil its promise as a part of Scotland's conversation with itself.
We are lucky at The Herald. We are read by an informed, educated readership who can add their knowledge and insights to our stories.
That is invaluable.
We are making the subscriber-only change to support our valued readers, who tell us they don't want the site cluttered up with irrelevant comments, untruths and abuse.
In the past, the journalist’s job was to collect and distribute information to the audience. Technology means that readers can shape a discussion. We look forward to hearing from you on heraldscotland.com
